All Mr. Gay Europe finalists will arrive at the Mövenpick Hotel City Centre Amsterdam before 14:00 to check in and explore their rooms. The MGE organization will be there to warmly welcome them, ensuring they settle in before the exciting journey ahead begins!

Welcome's Drink
After settling into their hotel rooms, the Mr. Gay Europe finalists are invited to a special MGE welcome drink, where they can meet their fellow competitors on the journey to becoming
Mr. Gay Europe 2025.
As part of the tradition, each finalist will also share a small personal gift from their representing country, celebrating diversity and unity. Cheers to an unforgettable experience!

Press Conference
On the first day, a press conference will take place in one of Amsterdam’s most beautiful and historic venues, Sofitel The Grand Hotel. Media, press, friends, and family are invited to join this special evening as the Mr. Gay Europe finalists step into the spotlight, sharing their stories and aspirations for the journey ahead.​

Welcome's Diner
To conclude the evening, the Mr. Gay Europe finalists will enjoy a warm and welcoming diner at ‘De Hemelse Modder’, where they will indulge in a delicious multi-course menu paired with exquisite wines. This special gathering marks the official welcome into the Mr. Gay Europe family, setting the tone for an unforgettable journey ahead.
