MGE Written Exam
During the Mr. Gay Europe written exam, the finalists will be tested on their LGBTQIA+ knowledge. They will answer a series of questions covering both historical and recent events, as well as general knowledge related to the community.

MGE Photoshoot Formal Wear
For the Photogenic round, the finalists will take part in a professional photoshoot at the stunning Sofitel The Grand Hotel. The first shoot will feature the finalists in formal wear by The Gay Issue, showcasing their elegance and sophistication.

During the lunch provided by Sofitel The Grand hotel, the finalists will enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the hotel's exceptional restaurant Oriole Garden Bistro. This 5-star hotel is renowned for its culinary excellence, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all.

Explore the vibrant city of Amsterdam and its rich LGBTQIA+ history with a guided tour from Badass Tours. The finalists will visit important LGBTQIA+ landmarks, including the iconic
'Het Homomonument', while our expert guide shares captivating historical stories that have shaped the city's queer legacy. A perfect way to connect with Amsterdam’s past
and celebrate its ongoing journey for equality.

MGE Sport Challenge
The Sport Challenge will take place at the iconic
Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. The finalists will be tested on their endurance and perseverance as they complete a variety of challenging sports elements. This round will push them to their limits, showcasing their physical strength and determination.

In the evening, the finalists will have the opportunity to present themselves during a special presentation night at Bar Blend, located on the famous Regulierdwarsstraat, the heart of Amsterdam's LGBTQ+ scene. Each finalist will share their personal story, what they stand for, and the causes they are passionate about, giving the audience a deeper insight into who they are and what they are fighting for.
